Paddle as Merchant of Record

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all ID Graphicx Tools purchases. Paddle handles checkout and refund processing.

Tool subscriptions

• Cancel anytime. Access remains until the end of the billing period.
• 7-day refund for first-time Pro purchases, provided usage is within fair-use limits.
• No refunds for renewals unless required by law.

Services & project work

Service-based work (web, branding, marketing, systems) may be non-refundable once work has started or deliverables have been shared, as outlined in your project agreement.
