ID Graphicx provides digital tools and premium services including web design, branding, and business systems. These terms apply to the use of our website and tools.
Payments handled by Paddle
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all purchases of ID Graphicx Tools subscriptions. Paddle handles checkout, payments, and tax compliance.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Tool usage rules
Tools are provided for lawful use only. We reserve the right to limit or suspend usage that violates fair-use limits or abuse prevention policies.
Services and proposals
Premium services may require a separate proposal or agreement. In case of conflict, the signed proposal terms will apply.
Intellectual property
